26/07 asking for quote installation fee based on CAD draft, Lindell requested Material list

18/08  provided updated CAD,  and ask if they work during holiday.   Got reply they are off in (24,25,26 December we off, 30 Dec -3rd January we off. ) still asking the material / weight.

30/08 updated final CAD draft, provided racking install requirements.

4/9 chasing up the quotation,  got told they working on.

8/9 chasing up , got told will quotation will be ready next week.

ACR Racking

- In total 144 Bays, each frame has 3 columns at 1272mm Deep, Each Beam level to install steel decking

- Site line Marking 1 Day

- Racking Installation 26 Days.

- Racking horizontal and vertical Levelling, 6 Days

- Racking container Unloading 1 days

The correct number of bays should be 144 bays for stage 1, and installation we can do 5-6 bays a day.

Racking Installation is including assemble frames, install beams and steel decking, chemist the flooring and adjust the baseplate.

This whole  job will take 34 business days with 1 crew, or 17 business days with 2 crews

Labour cost: $74,800+GST

Equipment Hiring: 2 scissorlift, customer provide 1 of high reach forklift. $3,800

Job Total: $78,600+GST

they worried about new floor will damage while installing the new rackings.  ( scratch/ forklife ...）
